403(b) Regulations Effective January 1, 2009

Timely and accurate compliance with 403(b) plan requirements has always been important, but perhaps never more so than today in light of the new regulations.

At AIG Retirement, we have decades of experience working with tens of thousands of plans and millions of participants -- through all facets including design, operation and regulatory audits. Our experience means that we are familiar with both the big picture and the critical details.
